Mr. Pacey provides business valuation, economic damages analysis, forensic investigation, and related litigation consulting services to a wide variety of business organizations and their attorneys. Mr. Pacey has extensive experience in connection with capital structure transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, commercial damages litigation, strategic planning and structuring joint ventures. Securities valued include common stock, preferred stock and derivative securities such as options and warrants. He also has significant experience with a wide variety of industries including: manufacturing, consumer products, retailing, agriculture, real estate, transportation, and wholesale distribution.
Prior to joining Pacey Economics, Mr. Pacey was an accomplished Chief Financial Officer of several Public and Private consumer product companies. He has extensive experience in Securities and Exchange Commission filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1 and 424B3. His experience also includes negotiation and execution of credit agreements and indentures. Mr. Pacey also has significant valuation experience including FAS 141, FAS 142 and FAS 157.
Mr. Pacey is a 1987 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Pacey also earned a Masters in Accounting Degree from the University of Florida in 1988. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Pacey has achieved the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Pacey is also active in several organizations including Financial Executives International, Association of Financial Professionals, and National Investor Relations Institute.
