Hannah J. Suarez, M.S.

 

Ms. Suarez started working at Pacey Economics, Inc. as an analyst/research assistant in 2018 shortly after graduating from University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics. She completed an honors thesis in economics during her undergraduate studies and graduated cum laude. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Suarez also attended a summer program at Michigan State University and completed master’s level microeconomics, econometrics and mathematics courses.

Ms. Suarez began a master’s degree program in data analytics in September 2019, while continuing to work at Pacey Economics, and graduated with distinction in July 2021.

Ms. Suarez served as a board member with the Denver Association for Business Economists (a chapter of the National Association for Business Economics) from 2022-2023.

During her undergraduate and graduate studies, Ms. Suarez developed skills in data

collection, data analysis, data visualization, machine learning and professional writing and has continued to advance these skills with Pacey Economics. She is instrumental in obtaining the information necessary to properly evaluate labor and other economic issues and assists in preparing reports, graphs, charts, and other materials for expert witness presentation. She has actively participated in the research and quantitative analyses for the firm’s public policy projects.

​Outside of work, Ms. Suarez enjoys camping, biking and running with her fiancé. Ms. Suarez is also an avid reader and amateur pianist.
