Pacey Nehls economic consulting has been an active member of the economic community for over 35 years. We have been involved in conducting analyses on an array of economic and business issues in both the private and public sectors. The firm is perhaps best known for its work in evaluating damages in a variety of legal matters (e.g., injury, employment, commercial) and we have also built a strong body of work and reputation with government agencies providing analyses relating to critical public policy decisions including impact studies, performance critiques, academic performance and funding analyses in secondary and higher education, etc.  The firm also performs business valuations, development of business plans, and statistical and competitive market analyses for private and public companies and government agencies. The firm has been expanding and broadening its area of expertise to accommodate its own interests and skills as well as an increased demand for our services.

 

The firm was founded in 1983 by the president, Patricia L. Pacey, Ph.D. Dr. Pacey is joined by three other professional personnel: Jeff E. Nehls, Hannah J. Suarez and Jake M. Zieba. Our additional support staff consists of our administrative assistant Mike Kaiser-Sissons. Also, on a when needed basis Pacey Economics has well trained affiliated colleagues who are experts in microeconomics, accounting, econometrics, statistics, etc.
