Hanna D. Scovill, M.A.
Ms. Scovill is Vice President and Senior Economist at Pacey Economics with extensive experience in applied labor economics, economic impact analysis, and regional economic research. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Senior Economist and Director of Economic Competitiveness at the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, where she led research initiatives to inform strategic decision-making and strengthen regional and state competitiveness.
Her work integrates both qualitative and quantitative approaches to analyze complex economic and business issues across the private and public sectors. Her work has expanded to include economic analyses evaluating economic damages in a variety of legal matters, including injury, employment, and commercial disputes.
Ms. Scovill serves on the board of the Denver Association of Business Economists (DABE) and Levitt Pavilion Denver. A Colorado native, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Denver.
